The problem
Client relationships, support cases, procedures and AI agents lived in separate tools. Nothing recorded who—or which agent—did what, or who approved it.
What we built
The whole company runs from one place—AI agents and approvals included.
An operator portal with client records, support cases and tasks; a registry of AI agents, each with a role, permissions and supervised hand-offs; human approval for anything that leaves the company; versioned, approved procedure packs; and a company-wide audit trail.
What changed
Work, knowledge and agents share one governed record: every agent works inside its role, every external action waits for a person, and every step can be traced.
How it runs
AI agents answer from approved company knowledge, consult project specialists and prepare work for review.
People approve anything that leaves the company, set each agent’s role and permissions, and can trace every action in the audit history.
