A private studio where a couple and their decorator design the ballroom to scale, walk through it in 3D, and produce every sheet the hotel, lighting crew and emcee need from one design.
The problem
The plan lived in chats, mood boards and spreadsheets. Nobody could see the actual room, and every vendor needed a different sheet rebuilt by hand.
What we built
A wedding designed in 3D before a single chair is booked.
A to-scale 2D and 3D ballroom, venue matching from photos, reference photos turned into real-size 3D decor, an AI design assistant that works in drafts, lighting cues, guest seating, and a lookbook, lighting plan, seating list and run-sheet exported as PDFs.
What changed
The couple sees the room before the day, and the decorator, hotel, lighting team and emcee each get their sheet from the same design.
How it runs
AI turns reference photos into 3D pieces, suggests layout options and makes plain-language changes as drafts.
The couple keeps or undoes every AI change, and shares a private view with the decorator.
