AI consultingKnow what to fix.And what to build.

“We need an AI dashboard.”
But which decisions should it help with?
The same numbers. Again.
Sales → copy → check → daily report
“Can AI do the reporting?”
The admin still sits between the tools.
What should we fix first?
No agreed workflow, owner or measure.
Where do we start?

Plenty of AI ideas. No clear first move.
The owner wants a dashboard. The team wants fewer reports. Everyone has a different idea of what to build.
You leave knowing what to build, why it matters and what can wait.

The work behind the change.
AI consulting starts with the work. We trace your tools, handoffs and decisions, then recommend a process change, an existing tool, automation or a focused build.
What we can measure together
- Time spent on one repeated task
- Work waiting between owners
- Missing or repeated records
- 01
A map of the actual work
Trace one item through your tools, people and workarounds. Make the missing handoff visible.
- 02
A reason to choose the first project
Compare benefit, effort, data readiness and risk. A simpler process may be enough.
- 03
A brief you can build from
Define the first workflow, owner, boundaries and success measure. Detailed discovery is scoped separately.
From our first conversation to a working change
- 01
Bring one real example
Start with a recent piece of work that was slow, repeated or hard to track. Redacted examples are enough for an initial review.
- 02
Look inside the workflow
Speak with the people involved and identify the cause of the delay, the source records and the decisions that need judgement.
- 03
Decide the next step
Review the recommendation together. If a build makes sense, agree its scope, fee and acceptance criteria before implementation.
Before we talk
The useful details.
Is this useful if our team already uses ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. The question is what happens between individual AI use and shared team work. We look at source records, ownership, handoffs, access and approval. We do not assume you need another chatbot.
What happens in the free initial scope review?
We discuss one operating problem, your current tools and what a useful change would look like. It helps us decide whether there is a sensible next step. A full workflow audit, technical specification or implementation is a separately agreed scope.
Do we have to commission a build?
No. The recommendation may be to improve a process, use an existing tool or test one small workflow first. Any build needs a separate scope and your agreement.
Can you work with us outside Kuching or Malaysia?
Yes. IntegrAItion is based in Kuching, Malaysia. We work on site locally and remotely with teams worldwide. Meeting times, access and delivery arrangements are agreed during scoping.
What do we agree before starting?
Revenue goals can guide the work, but a workflow change does not by itself prove a revenue increase. We start with measures the system can influence and agree how your team will use any capacity it releases.
Your workflow is the starting point
Bring the work that keeps coming back to you.
Show us one piece of work that gets stuck. We’ll review what a useful first change could look like.
